It is hereby stated that the Zaragoza City Council has the status of an additional insured without losing the status of a third party solely for the work and/or services entrusted to the Policyholder of this insurance contract.

In turn, users who use the insured service have the status of additional insured without losing the status of a third party, against claims from third parties other than the user focused on the insured activity, as well as claims by the user for bodily injury arising from the use of the contracted service.

This policy covers liability for material and personal damages that bicycle users may cause to third parties or third-party property, as indicated in point 14 of the Ordinance of the Zaragoza City Council. The wording of this new clause indicates that users are additional insured against third-party claims (for material and personal damages) while not losing the status of third parties.
