Si tienes 16 o 17 años para darte de alta en el servicio tendrás que pedir cita en nuestra zona de contacto para venir a nuestras oficinas. La documentación que se necesita es:
  • DNI o NIE del menor.
  • DNI o NIE del padre, madre o tutor legal.
  • Libro de familia donde aparezca el menor y la madre/padre o tutor legal.
  • La autorización, que la puedes rellenar en nuestras oficinas.
  • Una tarjeta bancaria para realizar el pago de la suscripción correspondiente.
Recordar que la persona que tiene que venir a nuestras oficinas a dar de alta al menor tiene que ser el padre/madre o tutor legal.

For inquiries about the registration of minors, you can use the email account info@bizi.zaragoza.es, attaching the signed authorization and attached documentation.
